Our Gemiini mobile app allows active subscribers to download your video assignments to view offline. In order to determine whether an app user is a current subscriber, the mobile app requires you to open the app while connected to the internet at least once every two weeks to reauthenticate your active subscriber status.  

If a two-week period lapses without opening the app while connected to the internet, your downloaded videos will be removed, and you will be logged out of the app. If this happens, you can simply log back in and download your videos while connected to the internet.  

To prevent this disruption, try to make it a habit to open the app while connected to the internet at least once a week to prevent the two-week lapse ever occurring.
