First, make sure to check that you have the latest version of the app installed by checking your app store for updates.

On the Gemiini Mobile app:

  1. Tap the Menu icon
  2. Tap My Profile
  3. Make sure the current username matches the desired username.

→ If username DOES NOT match:

  1. Tap the Menu icon
  2. Tap on Switch User
  3. Tap on the username for the account you wish to switch to.

→ If they DO match:

  1. In a web browser, go to
  2. Login with the desired learner account
  3. Check to see if the assignments here are what you expect to see on the app.*

* → If the assignments on ARE NOT the same as the ones on the app:

While on

  1. Logout of the learner account
  2. Login to your parent account
  3. Click the My Videos tab
  4. If the desired assignments are there, assign the assignment(s) to your learner account and the app will update to reflect the new assignment(s).

* → If the assignments ARE the same as on the app:

On the Gemiini Mobile app

  1. Tap the refresh button at the top
  2. If your new assignments are STILL not showing, please contact us.
