If you are having trouble with the app there are a couple things you can try to fix a number of issues. Instructions are below the list.

  • Check your connection
  • Refresh the app
  • Force close the app and restart it
  • Turn off your wireless router, device, and Apple TV, Chromecast, Fire TV, or Roku (if applicable) and then turn them back on in that order
  • Delete the app and reinstall it

How to Refresh the App:

How to Force Close the App:

iOS (iPad and iPhone)

  1. Double tap your home button
  2. Swipe up to close your app

Android

  1. Press the double square button
  2. Swipe up or right to close the app

How to Delete the App:

iOS (iPad and iPhone)

  1. Press the home button to return to your home screen
  2. Tap and hold on the Gemiini app's icon
  3. Once it begins to wiggle, tap the X in the upper left of the icon
  4. Tap Delete on the confirmation prompt

Android

  1. Press the home button to return to your home screen
  2. Press the show all apps button
  3. Tap and drag on the Gemiini app's icon up to Uninstall
  4. Tap OK on the confirmation prompt
