First make sure you have the latest version of the app by checking your app store for updates and then:

On Gemiini Session Viewer

  1. Settings menu
  2. Make sure the Current Student matches your desired student username.

If users DO NOT match:
On Gemiini Session Viewer
  1. Tap on current student
  2. Tap on the username again in the switch student menu
  3. Select Logout student
  4. Login with the desired student account

If they DO match:
On Gemiini.org
  1. Login with the desired student account
  2. Click the Videos button
  3. Click the My Sessions button
  4. Check to see if the sessions here are what you expect on the app.

If the sessions ARE NOT the same as the app:
On Gemiini.org
  1. Logout of the student account
  2. Login to your parent account
  3. Click the Videos button
  4. Click the My Sessions button
  5. If the desired sessions are there, assign those sessions to your student account and the app will update to reflect the new sessions.

If the sessions ARE the same:
On Gemiini Session Viewer
  1. Tap the refresh arrow in the top right
  2. If your sessions DO NOT appear Contact Us
